Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange within 30 days. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited, less shipping charges, in the same form as the original payment type. RMA and receipt of product must be received prior to credit being issued.

Contact customer service at 800-946-1583 to discuss return approval for items purchased over 30 days. If approval is given you will receive an email with an RMA number.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.

Gift Giving Certificates will typically ship with in 24 hours of placing your order. FloralFusers™ & ScentedSilks™ will ship within 2-3 days business days of placing your order.

 

We can ship products anywhere in the United States utilizing Federal Express or United States Postal Service. Once your order is placed you will first receive a confirmation email, once your order ships you will receive an order status email which contains the ship date, shipper and tracking number.

Packaging

MelroseFields.com has decided to keep packaging simple. This reduces our customers and the company cost. All of our bottles are made of recycled glass and are safely protected during shipping with recycled Kraft Shred. Our product packaging is recycled Kraft boxes and shopping bags, accented with our signature purple ribbon.

We also keep use of logo to our packaging and not on the products that you display. We want the beauty of the flowers to be noticed not our logo. We just hope you share the company name MelroseFields.com with all the people who compliment your FloralFusers™ or ScentedSilks™.
