Q. What is a reed diffuser?
A. Reed diffusers are a room freshening system that has been used in Europe for years. It utilizes a simple process to naturally emit scent into the air. Rattan reeds have little "pores" that soak up of the fragrant oils from the bottle, as the scented oil travels up the reed it diffuses the fragrance into the air.
Q. What are FloralFusers™?
A. FloralFusers™ are a patented design, US Patent D607,986, floral reed diffuser. Each FloralFusers™ set includes rattan reeds topped with dried or preserved flower heads. We utilize 3.5mm natural or 3.0mm black rattan reeds that ensure maximum diffusion of the fragrance oil. Our diffuser oil do not contain DPG or Alcohol to ensure long lasting fragrance. The current selection of flowers include preserved mini rose buds, medium roses, calla lily, carnations and dried orchid.
Q. What are ScentedSilks™?
A. ScentedSilks™ is a fragrant twist on silk floral arrangements. Fragrant oils are added to the materials in the arrangements so they have a soft fragrant scent just like real floral arrangements.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Only the Rose Collection of FloralFusers™ are available today for international shipment.
Q. Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?
A. Yes. we offer bulk discounting for our retail customers, contact us at 800-946-1583 or customerservice@melrosefields.com with your request. We also have a commercial account program, designed for companies or individuals who would utilize our products for decorating commercial spaces, homes or events. Q. Will my arrangements and colors look exactly like the pictures of the products?
A. Because each FloralFusers™ & ScentedSilks™ are custom creations that are made to order there will be slight variations to the arrangements. Every step of the creation and packaging process is completed by hand. The little imperfections add to the uniqueness and charm of the products. We may also have to substitute accent foliage, filler or vase depending on availability.
Q. Can I purchase your products in a store?
A. Our complete line FloralFusers™ & ScentedSilks™ are offered online at MelroseFields.com®. Select FloralFusers™ & ScentedSilks™ are in stock at Leaping Lotus in Solana Beach California, 240 South Cedros Avenue 2nd Floor. You can also purchase select FloralFusers™ & ScentedSilks™ at www.MelroseFields.Etsy.com and www.MelroseFields.1000Markets.com where you can pay with your Amazon account.
Q. Can I use your FloralFusers™ reed refills with diffusers that have not been purchased from MelroseFields.com®?
A. Yes, however the strength in delivery of fragrance or quality of fragrance may be different since you are not utilizing our diffuser oils.
Q. How are FloralFusers™ packaged?
A. FloralFusers™ are shipped in simple recycled Kraft boxes or bags. While we keep the packaging simple the presentation is perfect for gift giving. There is no need to repackage the FloralFusers™ if you are giving them as a present.
Q. How do you flip the reeds used with FloralFusers™?
A. Many diffusers products on the market recommend flipping the reeds to speed up the process of the oil traveling up the reed. MelroseFields.com utilizes a higher quality of rattan and larger diameter reed so you do not need to flip our reeds.
Q. How long will it take for my FloralFusers™ to start scenting the air?
A. It will take 36-48 hours for the scent to be noticeable in a room.
Q. Can you ship my Gift Certificate directly to my recipient?
A. Yes. During the check out process enter your recipient first name, last name and complete mailing address in the comments field. We will email you the certificate number and ship the beautiful certificate to your recipient.
Q. What if my gift recipient has never used a reed diffuser?
A. Each FloralFusers™ ships with instructions on how to setup the product. Click FloralFusers™ Care and Instructions to review.
Q. How long does the ScentedSilks™ fragrance last?
A. The fragrance will last several months. 2 ounce Scent Refreshers are available in the Reeds & Refill section.
Q. How long does the FloralFusers™ fragrance last?
A. The fragrance will last 6 to 9 months. The reeds will soon get saturated and no longer emit fragrance or the flowers may become saturated and will need replacement. The Fragrance and Floral Reed refills are available in our Reeds & Refill section.
Q. How do I check my order status?
A. Creating an account before you place your order or during the check out process will allow you to logon to MelroseFields.com™ and click on My Account to check order status and see customer service notes. You will also receive automatic email notifications during the ordering process and shipment status changes.
