How do I sign up for a commercial account or event flower discounts?
· Complete the commercial account online form below.
· Once approved, your account will be created using email address & contact info provided. Log-in to My Account to view commercial pricing and to change your password.
Can you create a custom arrangement?
· Yes. We can make changes to the flower color or vases in our selection of arrangements.
· We can re-create a floral design that you provide or you can work with our floral designer and sales team to create a custom arrangement.
· We provide sample flowers based upon budget for your approval on all custom projects.
What are the payments options and ordering methods available for commercial accounts?
· Orders can be placed online, phone, fax or email.
-To utilize a credit card for phone/fax/email orders you must place an
order online first so we can utilize this card information for future
orders. The card information is stored with our credit card processor.
We will not take credit card information over the phone, fax or email.
-Orders placed utilizing check or money order will ship once payment is received and has cleared.
· Acceptable forms of payment are Check, Money Order, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.
Do you charge sales tax?

Our commercial program is not designed for resale so all California orders will be charged the appropriate sales tax.
What is your return policy?
· All damaged product must be reported within 3 days of receipt order and returned within 10 days to receive replacement product.
· Return
for credit must be requested within 5 days of receipt of order. Credit
will be applied once product is received. Product must be received
within 10 days of return approval. 15% restock fee may be applied and flowers must be in the new condition.
What is your shipping policy?

Orders will ship within 7-10 business days. Volume orders may require
more time. Expedited shipping available upon request.

Actual shipping charges will be billed to the order right before shipment. Estimated shipping charges are shown when order is placed.

We can bill & ship your order utilizing your companies FedEx or UPS account.
·
We utilize FedEx Ground delivery or United States Postal Service Priority Mail for all orders.
